After much searching on the phone and on this forum I can't find anything about this.
I find the time that the screen fades due to inactivity too short and I can't figure out how to change it.
Any ideas?

If it's anything like the M600i (and I think it is) you need to go to Display Settings -> Backlight, and under Handheld change it from "Auto" to "On". Then make sure that the Power save checkbox is enabled, and set a time delay (eg 2 minutes).

Yeah and when you charge it it'll stay lit up all nite; not nice. Where the hell's the 3rd option sayin' it will switch out no matter what after 2 mins?

If you're phone is turned on during charging the screen will go black. If the phone is off it will lit up. Why? I don't know.........
