I have no idea if it has been registered to be honest but all firmwares for I-Mate/Qtek/Spv phones can be found at xda-developers anyway so upgrading it is not a problem.
The last one I sold on Ebay in the same condition went for £180 with postage so looking for more than £130 but thanks anyway.

also this is only the second SP5 I can recall on here and I just missed the last one which went for 155 a month or two back so I'll happily go to 140
