My pc has a built in memory card reader. I have a mini sd card for my nokia and an sd adaptor for it. When i first got this my computer would read it but now when i put it in and click on the disk where this is located the egg timer comes up for about a minute and then says "please insert a drive into disk G" and i know it is disk G but have still tried all the other available disk drives and nothing. Anyone noe know wat the problem is? any help would be great. Thanks

It means that something has happened to the file system and it's no longer quite exactly the way that Microsoft likes it...

You could try doing a M$ disk check on it. Right-click on "G:" in my computer, left-click 'properties', then left-click the 'tools' tab.

Under 'Error Checking', left click the 'check now' button. Left click the two tick boxes for 'automatically repair... etc. etc.' then click the 'start' button.

It might not work though

Best bet would be to transfer the stuff off the memory card to your PC or another device using bluetooth, ir, cable etc. then format the memory card and start again.

It could also mean that the card itself is faulty I guess, if it doesn't work in your or anybody else's phone?

Thanks a lot for the help. Well the reason im using this is because i lost my blutooth usb thing and the reason i was using that was because my usb cable for my phone doesnt work. Mybe my phone was never intended to be connected to a computer lol
