says you dont have admin rights to install the sony software.. anyway to get round this in the current scenario

perhaps you're not logged into windows as administrator. If you know the password, colse session on windows; then on the screen were you choose your user to begin session, input ctrl+alt+delete 2 times in a row, then in username type Adminitrator, put the password and you should be able to install the sony software.
