PLEASE PROCED THIS SUGESTIONS TO RIGHT PERSON (SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM OF SONY ERICSSON, thanks!)
BUGS, SUGESTIONS, IDEAS FOR SONY ERICCSON W810i TO MAKE BETTER.

1.)
[sugestion corection]
PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON DON'T WORK IF KEY PAD IS LOCK, BUT +/- BUTON VOLUME UP DOWN or NEXT/PREVIOUSE (if hold) SONG WORK.
2.)
[sugestion corection]
> when take picture why don't use key center of "joistic"
[play/pause] when you whant to shot vertical image the camera key is
not comfortable for use and take picture.Other thing why flash (light)
when you want to take picture always shine, I think it should shine
only when you take a shot photo (like any one digital camera). Also
Camera SHOT SOUND there is not in SOUND SHUTTER MENU TO CHOICE DISEBLE SOUND.
To take picture without sounds "KLICK, TADAM.." you must exit from
camera first than hold # to activate "SILENT MOD ON" and than to go
back in camera mode to take a picture without sound klick when you
shot. VERY BAD THING.
Other thing when you in camera mod there is no option to enter in
contacts (to see some number), calendar, note, or some other menu ...
sugestion=(TO SHOW CONTACTS or other manu in TRANSPARENT WINDOWS ON TOP OF SCREEN)

> in the menu scroling in the right up corner there is no
number of contents in submenu like 1/6 or 1/10 so you can see what
number is some submenu line and to remeber in future to enter anly
number to go to that funktion JUST LIKE IN SIEMENS C62 (that as I know is made right form SONY ERICSSON for SIEMENS)

> why THERE IS NO OPTION WHEN I SEND SMS with delivery report, there is no option when I recive information that SMS is delivered or not to SAVE SMS (that delivery report) in INBOX messages or to delete it if I want.It just show on windows and when I choice OK its disappear.

WHEN PHONE IS IN STEND BY MODE DISPLAY IS TOTALY OFF. This is maybe OK for batery.

BUT I THINK THERE SHOULD BE OPTION TO CHOICE IF YOU WANT TO SEE CLOCK ALL TIME LIKE SCREEN SEVER (not to presing the button to view tham) and OPTION TO SHOW IN DOWN or UP CORNER SOME SIMBOL WHEN YOU HAVE SOME MISSED ACTION ON PHONE. LIKE MISSED CALL, RECEIVED MESSAGE, MISS ALARM or APPOINTMENT. [LIKE IN SIEMENS C62]

>: there is not option to create GROUPS like in many other phones [LIKE in SIEMENS C62] to create contacts groups and to manage contacts in groups [LIKE, FRIENDS, FAMILY, OFFICE, ...] so it will be more easely to search, list, block cals, choising ONE RING MELODY AND VOLUME FOR ALL GROUPS, (not to entering in edit for all contacts and to choice manualy ring melody)

>: why when I conect phone to PC via USB cable in explorer
don't show directorium applications and games.So I don't know where to copy games,or applications. ????

>: why there is not option to listen FM RADIO WITHOUT
HANDSFREE ATTACHED TO PHONE, (like WALKMEN mp3, wam, mid, ...) because when the handshree is attached to phone there is option to listen radio on SPEAKER. THIS IS VERY BAD THING, IF I WANT TO LISTEN RADIO I MUST ALWAYS CARRY HANDSFREE WITH ME. (I think that handsfree is replacement for antenna, but even without antenna in urban city some radio stations is listening very well)

> recording of sound is very low (silent)
OTHER THING there is no option to PAUSE recording and START (continue) again.
ALSO when I choice RECORD SOUND it start to recording right now, I
think should ask one more time START RECORDING NOW, YES/NO.
After finising recording it save automaticly there is no option to choice if I want to PLAY record to listen first and than to choice to delete or save [AND WHEN SAVE it save in default name "Records", not giving chance to write own name of records and no chance to choice in wich folder to save records.]

9.)

>. There is not option to CREATE OWN FOLDERS (like archive) WITH NAMES AND TO SORT AND PUT AND KEEP MESSAGES IN THAT FOLDERS FOR SOME CONTACTS NAMES. [something like in SIEMENS C62 or OUTLOOK EXPRESS] (When I need to list inbox I must scrool all messages, if there will be option to sort mesages in sub folders in INBOX it will be much easy to find some message). AND OTHER THING, WHAT IS MEANING OF OUTBOX, even when you create massage and decide not to send right now, it's save in DRAFT if you choice send it's send it instantly. NOT PUT THEM IN OUTBOX.???

>= there is no option to choice CLOCK, ENERGY SAVING for SCREENSAVER only picture and if it choice after some secunds after key lock the display go totaly off and nothing show on it not even the choised picture from screensaver (in poorly light).

11.)

>= There is only one ALARM,(if I need to have two weakup time one in 6:00AM and other in 18:00PM, I must all day to change alarm from 6:00AM and again to 18:00PM.
Next thing there is no option to choice ALARM SOUND VOLUME, also ALARM duaration is one minute, and after that it goes OFF (if I don't turn off manualy) and it need 10 min. to start again ringing THAT'S I THINK IS TO LONG. I think should be oportuniti to choice duaration of ringing (1)TILL MANUALY OFF, (2)Choice ringing duaration in next 1-10 min, (3)Pediod of start snoze ring option to choice from 1-10min. long duaretion when start ring again)

12.)

>= there is no option to attach more than one note on display standby mode. And NOTE can't show all time on display because display go totaly off.
I think shoud be oportunity to set more note and all to be with diferent backgroung color and font text color, and all to change (scroll) automaticly (also to be option to change and list tham malualy) and in corner to show number of notes 1 to 10 (1/10). Even I think it be nice to have oportunity to set time to alarming you with sound and vibration of some note (to remind you to see it).

13.)

>= When I make some apointment on the calendar it MARK only WITH BOLD TEXT, that is NOT WELL VISIBLE.
I think should be mark with RED or BLUE color all square where is set appointment.
Also THERE IS NO OPTION TO SET RINGING MELODY, VOLUME, and DUARATION OF RING ((1)on every 5min. in period of 30min. (2)till off or something like that) FOR CALENDAR APPOINTMENT.
It's ring two time very quiet SO IF YOU NOT CLOUSE TO PHONE YOU WILL NOT HEARE THE CALENDAR ALARM and you will miss appointment.
Also if I want to list all apointment I must go to find and enter blank
space and go to FIND and then it list ALL APOINTMENT THAT IS VERY BAD THING OF FINDING SOME APPOINTMENT or to write text what to find if you don't remember what I need to do on some date.
There should be option to choice to LIST ALL APOINTMENT (sort by date) or to LIST FROM DATE TO DATE OR TO LIST BY SPECIFICED MOUNTH OR LIST ON WEEK.

>= there is no option to realize some function with TASK
AUTOMATICLY LIKE "SEND SMS/MMS MESSAGES" olrady writen to some specificed phone number on specificed date and time. {LIKE WISHING HAPPY BIRTHDAY,MERRY CHRISTMAS,...}. Also like in CALENDAR there is no option to CHOICE RING MELODY, VOLUME, DUARATION of RING, VIBRATION,...,
Also in the TASK menu list it show only the some start words of all
text message in task (NOT SHOW "in scroling or something like that" THE DATE AND TIME OF TASK, I must open "view" task to see DATE AND TIME).

> - there is not minute beep (minder) till calling. I think this is good option.

> -there is not AUTO OFF option. This is greeat thing whit it you can set in witch time phono to turn off, so in that period you
will not be disturbed.(tonight when you go to sleep, the phone will
automaticly go off in specifed time example 00:00AM and no one will
bother you). And also you SAFE THE BATERY LIFE.

> - I THINK IT SHOULD CALED "COUNTDOWN", there is no option to set the RINGING MELODY FOR TIMER. It bips2-3 times and thats all, blink on displey few secunds and disappear. Also if key go to lock display turn totaly off and there is no one indicator that there is on run some proces.

nothing alse and the keys + - * / = should be market directly on some
keys or in joistic navy key NOT TO SCROLL left right to choice

> - this option is not in this phone, this is a
very usefull option when you in other country and need to calculate
valute. I think this optiou should be includet in all one phone.

> - on SIEMENS C62 when pres and hold 0 on the right corner you recive a list with calling countru code numbers. On W810i its gone. THIS IS A VERY USEFULLY THING. (Afganistan coling country +93, Australia +61, Bulgaria +359, Egypt +20, Greece +30, ...)

> - when swiching all tone off there is no option to choice "BEEP TONE". This meen if some one call you or recive message or there is some action on phone, IT BEEP ONLY ONE just to avert your attention but not to bother to you and to other near your (if you on some meeting, school,...)

> - there is no TIME ZONE so you can't see in some country what is time, and if you want to make call or send message, or see when some delivery will arive, ...!

> - why when the phone is in standby mode (display totaly off) and when I type any key it shine very highly first WHITE and than show the pres "*" to unlock key. This white shine simply killing my eye.

> Showing all text in contacts list, example email if laege than 17 caracters not show in scroling or something like that, like is in walkmen playing list or file manager sounds,...
You must go to edit contact, even go to e-mail mark and choice edit
e-mail, AND THEH YOU WILL SEE ALL E-MAIL ADDRESS.
Very very BAD

> Sound of SPEAKERS IS VERY VERY PURE, there is no BASS just hight tones. IN NOICE ENVIROMENT EVEN TO PUTTHE SOUND VOLUME TO MAXIMUM YOU HARDLY WILL HERE THE SOUNDS.

> THERE IS NO OPTION TO PAUSE VIDEO RECORDED CLIP FROM CAMERA AND TO PLAY IN PAUSE MODE FRAME BY FRAME. ALSO NO OPTION TO PLAY IN FULL SCREAN MODE (I MEAN WITHOUOT SHOWING NOTHING ELSE ON DISPLAY SCREEN, like comands ...). THERE IS NO OPTION TO ZOOM SOME VIDEO AND PLAY IN ZOOM MODE. Like walkmen centar button (PLAY/PAUSE)

WHEN SHOT SOME PICTURE IT'S SAVE AUTOMATICLY AND STAND ON THE DISPLAY WHEN TRY ZOOM IT, IN THE ALL CORNERS OF DISPLAY STAND SOME COMANDS FROM MENU OD CAMERA. NO OPTION TO SEE FULL SCREEN, WITHOUT THAT THINGS.(IF YOU PICTURE SOME WRITE TEXT FROM PAPER AND YOU ZOOM TO READ TEXT FROM PHONE YOU CAN'T SEE END OF TEXT IN ALL 4 CORNERS, BECAUSE OF THE PICTURES ON DISPLAY SHOW MENU COMANDS)

> WHEN YOU SET SPEAD DIAL NUMBER FROM 1-9 AND WHEN YOU WANT TO DIAL SOME SPEED NUMBER YOU PRES ONE NUMBER FROM 1-9 AND THAN YOU MUST PRES CALL.
BUT WHEN YOU PRES SOME NUMBER NOWHERE ON THE DISPLAY SHOW, IS THAT SPEED NUMBER SET OR EMPTY AND IT'S DON'T SHOW THE NAME OF SET SPEED NUMBER CONTACTS.
SO IF YOUR NOT SURE IT WAS (example number that you whant to call) ON 2 OR 3 YOU MAST START CALL TO SEE ON DISPLAY WHERE YOU CALLING.
VERY BAD THINGS.
ONE NICE SUGESTION (LIKE IN SIEMENS C62) WHEN YOU PRES ONE SPEED NUMBER IN THE RIGHT DOWN CORNER SHOW THE NAME THAT IS SET ON THAT CONTACT.
OTHER GOOD THINGS IF YOU HOLD PRESED SOME OF SPEED NUMBER IT START TO DIAL IMIDIATLY.
AND IN SONY ERICSSON IF YOU HOLD SOME NUMBER ITS BRING YOU TO CONTACT LIST.
