If I go to service info then software info it says

R1AA008 prgCXC 1250092_EU_1_CA R1AA008 at top

but at bottom it says CXC 125953 R1BC002 EUROPE_2.

How can I get the bottom to say R1AA008. Thanks

I have used far manager to downgrade firmware from R1BC002 to R1AA008 on my W800i.
