i had bought an used w800i...now if i want to reset the settings its asking for the phone lock code...if i enter default 0000 its saying wrong one....IS there any possibility to know the code or any other suggestions...plzzz thanks in advance

Phone lock codes are near the back of the owners manual.

Ask the previous owner for the code. A service centre could also find it but would charge for it would need proof that you own the phone. The manual will only tell you that the default code is 0000

Well, I don't know then. But the last time I did an update on my w800 the phone lock code was reset to 0000

Maybe you'll have to take if to the service centre, then.
