what is the best and latest version with the most features that will work on a w800i. It can be hacked or not hacked.

I suggest you use the Opera Mini 2 mod. It is older than the Opera Mini 3, but it has download support and file manager included which makes it PERFECT.

3.0 has a Secure Connection from the mobile phone to the opera server so you can do bank transactions etc. Also it's supposed to be up to 2 seconds faster when downloading a web page. (interview with http://www.mobil.se)
