Hi all,

I have recently bought a K800i (James Bond Edition), but have had it only a few days and the joystick is like my K750i was after 12 months use. Has any one got any advise as to how I get it fixed? The phone was purchased off an individual off this site and as it is an O2 phone I cannont send it back to O2. Is there such a thing as a SE repair centre like Nokia do? I am based in Staffordshire (Midlands) so can travel. I really want it fixed as it is VERY annoying.

Thanks

Cool have heard of them.....however they are the "water damage" kings!! If they dont want to fix it or cant......its (according to them) water damaged and they wont fix it. I will try though.

A little futher help, if I take it into them will they fix it under warranty or do ideally need to get the orignal owner to take it back to O2???
