That site is updated daily with numbers and countries.
I get 2000 off-peak minutes free per month which my wife uses to phone her family and friends abroad. Saves me loads!

i just use my o2 payngo phone to call my wife back in the states.omly costs me 10p a minute.which isnt too bad if you look at the likes of bt etc.
