Is there anyway you can set the phone to record all voice calls automatically? At the moment you have to go through all the menu which doesn't get the whole call?

No i dont think any
phones except from the uiq phones suport auto recording. But you can change the shortcut menu that apears when you hit the shortcut button. That way you dont have to go through the whole menu.
