My phone is blocked and locked. Need some help how to unblock and unlock it, please. Need to tell me step by step I am new at this kind of stuff.

It is ot possible to unblock a phone as it is blocked at the network and not on the phone. The only way is to change the imei which is illegal. How did you get a stolen phone?
