Hi all, I have had this p910i for about year now, and until recently never bothered to check the country of manufacture. Recently a friend bought one which was made in France, and when I opened up the back to check where mine was made, there is nothing at all on the sticker to indicate the country of manufacture. Is mine some kind of really good knock off? I've had absolutely no trouble with this phone at all, not even after the addition of the 2GB MS Pro card last month. Is there a way to check where it was made? Any information you can provide would be most appreciated.

Welcome to Esato.

To be honest, don't think its really worth worrying about. However some are manufactured in France, mine certainly was when i had it.
Have you checked box for any labels/stickers?

Mine reads France and have had it for 2 years. Don't know if you should worry but if it turns out to be a fake then you're likely to have problems.

Thanks a lot for the feedback guys! I have one last question, is there anyway to check at all where it was made? Like through the IMEI or summat?

nope, the box label says nothing... have it in my hand right now.. no other text at all stating a country. the IMEI on the label does match my phone's so there can't be a doubt that it's wrong box.. does anyone know the countries where this model was manufactured in? The firmware I have is R4B002, which is what the phone came with, haven't used SEUS yet because I didn't see a need to.
