> Can’t get my firmware updated in Ireland

Went into two Carphonewarehouse stores here in Ireland and they looked at me as if I was crazy when I inquired about upgrading the firmware on my T68i.
Then I went to two Vodafone Ireland stores and they didn’t know what I was on about either.
So the question is: I do I upgrade in Ireland if the stores can’t help me?
