And when i manually select the camara through the menu it says "open Lens Cover". So i thought it was the new cover , i put the old one back on and the same thing happend? What should i do?

you broke the switcher under the lens! you probably took the phone apart in a bad way, by not opening the lens cover!
there is two way to help on this proble:
1. replace the switcher, which i think only can be done by the whole thing which also has the LED-s for the flash light!
2. make a shortcut on the switcher by a soldering iron and then the phone will detect, that the lens is always opened! this way you can only start the camera by holding the camera button on the side of the phone pushed for a couple seconds!

If you still have warranty on the phone exchange it for a new one.

Yeah but I haven't got warranty anymore and I have the same problem.
I'm sure it must be possible in software to dissable the "open lens cover" function and put the camera always in "open" state as soon as you activate the camera.
I've seen a lot of ppl in here with broken covers, misaligned cover replacements damaging the cover-micro-switch etc...
There should be a patch.
Any hackers out there?

There is a good chance that nothing is actually broken.
SE phones that have the camera activated by opening the lens cover, when swapping housings on these phones it could be just a matter of the 'Camera activation switch' not being aligned properly with the housing. The S700i was also subsceptible to this with housing changes.
If I was you, I'd realign the housing again and pay particular attention to the little switch that aligns with the lens cover mechanism. It could be as simple as that.

seems to be a few people with broken camera flex cables, just answered a thread on this!
The little microswitch could have been snapped off, but check that it's not simply being misaligned as already suggested. Did you have the camera shutter open when you fitted it? As if you fit it whilst it's closed you run the risk of snapping the microswitch.
They can be replaced and the ribbon cable can be bought off Ebay or cnn.cn. They can be a bit tricky to fit if you're not too experienced but not too hard, I've fitted quite a few of these in my time!
