Hello.
I ordered a K800i Silver (James Bond) from 02 today, and I forgot my username. I want to check the the status of my phone and when I go to request username, it says it "I need to enter my mobile phone number to get my username. But I dont have the phone yet".
Also I got this email later on saying that my phone was not in stock and that I should check the status in 02.
How long do you think it will take before it is back in stock?
Is there an email address to contact 02 on?

The o2 store i work in had quite a lot of them yesterday. So i'd still have a fair bit of hope that it shouldnt take too long.

I remember this from when I ordered my phone in october. Theres no way around it as far as I'm aware. But you should get an e-mail when it's dispatched with a tracking number in it.
