Hope somebody can help me. I just got a new P990. I'm trying to install some programs but i get an error message (80070005) access is denied.

I have a winxp pro sp2 PC, the latest pc suite 1.2.15. and the phone has the latest firmware R7A001. Thanks!

What are you trying to install it to, phone memory, or card? When do you get the message? Does it happen with everything? (maybe your card/memorys full

1st option is to reboot.
2nd option is to uninstall the PC Suite, and re-install
If all still fails, it means that the program is not built for the P990.
