My M600 touch screen is not working, it worked fine up until last night the screen is just like a standard screen nothing happens when you touch it?? I'm having to use the key pad only to use it!
Not sure what it can be, any suggestions?

If it is software related problem, I think that Master Reset or Firmware update via SEUS will solve your problem.

First, turn off the phone and take out the battery and leave it out for about an hour, then replace battery and turn your phone on again. If the screen still does not work, then do a master reset. You may lose most of your data.
Good luck.

What a mess....
I could not do a master reset because i needed to tap the screen comand which thetouch screen will not work, so i've done a upgrade firmware whichis the same as i had but ran it through again.. now i cannot go through the set up e.g select the language etc as you need to tap the screen in order to proceed.. so now i cant use the phone at all..
Any help... other ideas...??

can you use the enter key on the keyboard, or the jog dial for up and down and enter when it asks you accept or scroll?
pushing the jog dial inward will like hitting the default option on the pop-up window.

i note you can do alot with the key pad and joggle wheel, but when i select english language you are prompted with 'are you sure you want to select english?' Yes or No, nothing will activate the yes or no button on the screen, i'v tried everything..
