im using k750i with w800i R1BC002 firmware.i hav removed the msg storage limit,using modified cam driver,removed the operator name.my inbox contains 600 msgs approx,wen i send msg suddenly my fone showing updated profile handsfree very frequently and switched off...after many trails it is on and then same again...wen it was on again after many hours i emptied my inbox then it started working normally...it was stable...but after again same profile update is showing and shows battery charge was 0%.....wat i had to do now.....damn hard need it.....plzzzzzzzzzzzz

In Sony Ericsson says no theory chance to normaly use w800i software in k750i !

Remove all the patches you added with FAR and try it again.. If that doesn't help, backup your settings (with MyPhoneExplorer or something like that program) and re-flash your phone with w800 firmware.

If that also doesn't help go back to k750 firmware...

This ISSUE really bothers ME, why would people get the K750 and flash/convert it to W800 (or vise-versa)

If the W800 they want, then that what should they be gettin' in the first place

@jojo, you're quite right of course. I like my k750 the way it is and would have gotten a w800 if I preferred it for any reason. But I guess most of us like the k750's camera front, which is why you see people flashing their k750 with w800 firmware. Anyway, the rest are right, the best solution is to re-flash the firmware to solve the problem.

@deluded - OK, now . . . provided that we have a veeeeery successful conversion of a K750 to W800 or vise-versa . . . will the final OUTCOME give results having the BEST of BOTH fones

I mean, result the got the camera of the K750 and the walkman-features of the W800 - both in ONE fone

i removed the msg patch also...sam again

@jojo, yup, that's true, it'll be a great combination provided it works. @vinaykumar, I think you should try flashing back with the K750 firmware. I don't find anything wrong with the K750 firmware. If that still doesn't work, you'll have to bring it to a service centre.
