Hi all
I have P900 and my touch screen is not working correctly.
I mean that, the top part of my screen is working correctly, but the bottom part is not working correctly. I touch the screen, it doesn't respond
Then, I charge my phone whole night, at them morning it shows full battery, but suddenly red indicator is shown and due to battery, my phone turns off.
I want to master reset, how can I do it? And how do you think, I must to master reset or format disk?
And after reset, I must install the new system or??
And after all, it there any chance that my phone will work properly?

Not sure about your case,
but why don't you try a master reset first before formatting it. Doesn't hurt right? =)~

you can follow the direction from this site http://www.filesaveas.com/p800.html it's the same for p800 and p900
