Hi,

1. I have a new k610i...in that i m not able to play .WMV or .RM movies. Only .3gp files are playing right now.
How can i make .wmv and .rm files play on this mobile

2. My phone doesnt give "battery Full" message. It always say that there is an "error while charging".

Can someone help me plzzzzzzzzz

wmv or rm files are not supported, 3gp and mp4 are supported. you need to convert wmv and rm to 3gp or mp4.

2. try a master reset.....

Regarding your answer...

The k610i, k618i and v630i support not only MP4 and 3GP, but also WMA, WMV, Real Audio y RealVideo. Just check the manuals or whitepapers! Or just go to SE website and read a bit...

Which program have you used to convert the movies? Sometimes the encoder can make the video not available for your phone so, try converting it with another video converter. I suggest you to use the one I use too. ImTOO video converter. It has great encoding options and supoorts varios video formats (everything you need for your phone videos), so try it. If the problem still exists a master reset or firmware update will be a good option to solve it.

i have not converted these files....these are the opriginal real media and wmv format files.

But i have read the manual of k610i, it says that it can play .wmv and .rm files. Is there any software for my mobile which i can install to play these?
