recently my w800 reboots its self and then the 1,2, and 3 keys and the down and left joystick movements do not work, if i give it a bit of a bang or leave it for a bit then it usually reboots and is fine or switches off then when i turn back on and is fine. its so wierd and annoying. sometimes it takes a few hrs to sort its self out and is hard to text people. oh the down vol key also doesnt work at this time aswell... when this prob occurs i can take out the batt and when i put it back int he phone auto switches on. is it a software prob and how do i flash it with a usb?

hey man, these looks like SW issues. what's your firmware?

about your keys, might clean'em out. joystick, i donno what to tell you

flashing: To write files MAIN and FS directly with Far Manage this might help.

luck!

If the problem is software related, I think a firmware update via SEUS will solve it, but if the keypad is corrupted it can be easily replaced. There are very cheap w800 keypads on the internet. Try ebay or any other online store. You can get one and replace it in few seconds.
