If you call and complain and have tickets logged I beleive there is a way you can get out of the termination fee.
Somehting to do with there end of the contract. If they cannot fix your problems ina certain amount of time. I know i saw it psted either here or on howardforums.com, or on semuser.com. just search using cancellation fee or termination fee, that should work.
