> K790a Call History only showing November calls

For some odd reason, when I access "Call History" on my K790a phone, it only shows calls for the month of November.
This includes:
- outgoing calls
- incoming calls
- missed calls
We are already in December and none of the calls I've made, received or missed in the month of December is showing up in 'Call History.' It only displays calls for November. What is happening? For some reason, it only filters calls for November... ?

I double checked the clock and the time and date are set to December. I have turned the phone off and removed the battery. I will plug it back in after 1 or 2 hours and see if the Call History displays December calls.

I placed the battery back and turned on the phone but the call history is still showing calls made/received/missed in November. If I try calling my phone today (Dec. 6), it won't be logged in the Call History.
I will go ahead and reset to factory defaults. hopefully it will correct the problem.

Hi i'm having the same problem also, can you tell me if your factory reset fixed it... it's funny only my dec 6 calls aren't logged... but my dec 5 are logged.

it actually could be a firmware issue i read in other forum... try deleting allthe history logs.. and see if it'll work

just delete all the call history including data, the whole lot.
then when you make calls from now on it will remember it all.

As jung said. Just delete all logs and it will work again. Had this issue on my k800 and a w850.

Thanks everyone for your help. A replacement K790a phone was sent to me (not b/c of the call history malfunction but b/c the Shortcut button was slanted to one side). I haven't had the "call history" problem with the replacement phone but will surely try your suggestions it it comes up.

the call log on the my k800 usually gives problems....
im my k8 the call logs go empty all of us sudden...
i mean the icons(incoming/outgoind/missed) will be remaining but the names will not be present....
then i have to delete them to get it sorted!

I updated my phone via SEUS and I started having the a similar problem. My call history displayed only previous calls and no new calls. I didn't mind it in the call list but it didn't report any missed calls. The activity menu showed up but in the shortcuts tab and the new events tab was empty. I tried re updating it and also a master reset but nothing worked. Then, as I was setting up my WAP again, the SIM became inactive. So I popped in another SIM card and the problem is fixed for now. I'll have to wait and see if it works when I put in my other SIM card.
