> W850i automatic retrieval doesn't work

Anyone else have this problem? I just got a W850i and I set up my email accounts fine. However I like to retrieve my emails every 30mins and the automatic retrieval does not seem to be doing this. Anyone else have this problem? I seem to have read this problem from another handset that you have to set it for longer period, which I haven't tried yet, but it should work. Are my missing something?

Yes, my connection is stable. If I go into each mail box and download manually it works no problems. Maybe it needs some time to get use to?? I don't know.
By the way, I'm getting email on one of the accounts and not the other. Does the phone only retrieve one mail box?
