I am currently thinking of buying a Sony Ericsson P990i to replace my Nokia N90. But what I want to know is will I be able to play my videos that I have taken with my N90 (352 x 288) resolution in the P990i without changing the file?
Am new to Estato, so not sure if a question like this has been covered already.
Thanks

I think you won't have problems about playing videos with the P990. If the encoding formats match, it will play the video perfectly.

Thanks.
The file Format in the the standard Mpeg4. I only ask as all the reviews aboutthe P990i state the resolution for Video is 320 X 240 and I wasnt sure if it could play the 352 x 288 resolution.
Thanks

Works like a charm. Is it your office desk:)
Only I got very small black space from both left and right side in full screen mode. The picture is cristal clear, my respect to N90.

Thank you very much for that.
Yeah, thats my work desk. (All my saved videos are about 10 - 12mb in size, so i thought it best to not to send them!!!)
Yeah, the N90 takes not to bad video, but after looking through your posts and seeing images taken with the P990i, The N90 doesnt come close to the sharpness of the P990i.
Although the P990i video res is slightly smaller than the N90, it still is nice and crisp and fluent. And if I am able to still watch them on the P990i then you have just helped me make my decision and place an order for one.
Many thanks
