> Problem connecting k800i

Hello there, I just got my k800i back, the monitor was broke so i had to fix it. Well they put the latest version of the update there, and it seems like I can't get to connect my k800 to my computer. I tried to do it with PC suite and My Phone explorer, tried in menu File Transfer and Phone Mode but still couldn't get it to work. I remove everything was from sony ericsson on my computer but still there's the problem. Before it got crashed it used to work... I used just to put the cable in the phone and the usb in the computer and saw it as an external drive from My Computer but can't did it anymore. Can somebody help me?

Ok when using SE explorer u need to choose phone mode, and change that com port to another number...
You probably getting the com port15 error, am I right?

The phone in any case it's not damaged. I just got it back from the sony ericsson service so they would tell me if there's was any problem. And I have lost the installation CD and can't find the drivers anywhere, but I remember I didn't had to install any drivers before.
