Hi guys,

Well, I'm planing to buy a Vuitton Keepall bag on gaybay, but as we know 99.9% of any designer product listed are fakes. So, the question is, how can I spot which one is fake and which one is genuine? Would, be happy with any kind of advice.

Thanks a lot!

If its on gaybay its fake! Your best bet is to actually go to a LV shop and get one, at least that way your 100% sure its real.

Yeah, I know, but maybe I could be lucky enough, to spot some genuine sellers and save £300-£400. It's so expensive in the shop and I will never pay that much for it. £200 top and I don't care if it's used. That's why I'm browsing gaybay.

Well good luck. I personally would stay clear of ebay when it comes to expensive things.

I just bought 2 LV items retailing at £245 each for almost half the price...but eBay probably isnt the way....unless you can view in person the items...

I can tell you though that genuine items come with the guarantee cards and both items should have "serial numbers".... - although mrs tmag will clarify that!

I am sure you will receive some PMs from people who knows someone mate who mate uncle blah blah...
