I'm thinking on buying the SE w900 in february. So I would like you guys ( the one's the have a w900) to tell if the phone worth it. Also to tell me if you have found any problem and, of course, the advantages of having a SE w900.
I hope to get a lot of replies!

i like my w900, despite the fact that i had to get 7 in my first six months of my contract. But those bugs have surely been ironed out because i've had this one for a while now

It's a great phone, and the only downside would be if you don't like the size. It isn't a small phone. But once you've got the latest firmware, the menus are fine.

But the swivel hinge is great. Very sturdy and it's really cool as well with the auto open mechanism.

Really!

@BrunoXT

I have experienced hardly any wear and tear. One of the things that bugs me is that the rubber memory card slot cover and fastport cover get discoloured on the White version, affecting the appearance somewhat. I have tried bleaching and household cleaner but only makes it a little cleaner.

The swivel mechanism is still sturdy thankfully and it feels as solid as ever - opening and closing with a sturdy 'clunk'.

Great phone - better in white and unbranded in my opinion - very unique, but the spare parts are hard to come by. I have only managed to find the black keypad, lcd screen and screen lens. Nothing else.

(If anyone knows where I can find a White English keypad for it I would be grateful. )

The full-screen video is really cool, captures good quality and sound. You can save a frame from the video and it also has frame by frame advance. The pictures it takes are sharp enough for 8x5 prints - same camera as the K750i although slightly different camera options from what I have read.

Possibly one of the last phones with AutoFocus so its a good allrounder.

Purchase a large memory card - 1GB plus and you'll be laughing. Buy a protective case too as good housings are rare and not easy to replace.

@GUCCI.011

Are you able to transfer CDs onto your phone using Disc2phone?

I thought Voda stopped that. I found that Voda branding will not let you download the free media from the wap site - themes, ringtones etc. A right royal pain in the butt.
