I brought a new nano today(blue 4gb), got it home.
And then installed the latest itunes.
Big mistake , its confusing as fu*k , basically installed plugged my ipod and set it all up ,
then for some reason itunes went and started importing every mp3, aac or music file in to itunes and then started putting them on mmy ipod, so basically now my ipods full of stupid 1-5 sec sounds from games and other appplications on my pc.
Is it meant to do this? Can i stop it and make it so that i choose what i want on my ipod.

When you plug in your iPod the summary should pop up in itunes, under the music tab click the 'Sync Music' box so its unchecked. Also you can choose which playlist to sync your iPod with.
Hope this helps

You need to import the files you DO want on your ipod, File > Add Files/Folders to Library
