> LG M6100 Problem

Hi , I just bought the LG M6100 today , and I added some of my mp3's onto it , the problem I'm having though is when I choose to make them my ringtone it says they are but when I get a call it is still the default ringtone!! I have tried changing through profiles and the mp3 section , can anyone help ?

i'd take the phone back and get a new one.
must be a some dodgy software on the phone.
