Quickly, do CPR take out the battery, clean contacts, put back in, plug it onto the charger an slightly massage the keypad.

Well yesterday morning my battery died flat. So after about 10 minutes I went to find the charger. I found it and plugged it in and a White screen came. Then it went off and white screen came for 1 second and then it said charging. Then i wanted the phone back on but the white screen of death came again and the red LED Blincked 5 times and it went off. It would let me turn on. IF i pressed the power button the phone would give me WSOD. But 2 seconds later my standby screen came up. I have a pin code set but it never asked me.
WEIRD

You don't want a pin code. If you forget it you are done. Plus it interrupts the boot process.

@Residentevil
I not only have Pin, I use a phone lock code as well. It's really really important to have at LEAST a phone lock code. The bit about it interupting the boot process would only take up about 20 more secs and protect your phone especially if you've paid a lot for it.

The same thing happened to me!
Since then I have upgraded the firmware to R1GB001 and it got even worse. (The SEUS got to 100% but then froze, tried it 5 times)
Now it randomly goes to WSOD, sometimes in seconds after a reboot or in some hours.
I did a master reset and now I am starting to suspect some JAVA program or animated themes.
After a master reset, the phone works okey.
I just tried this, so I have to give it a couple of days.
What happened to your phone?

I agree..I have both too
@ Machanic...My K800i died last month and it had to be repaired but I got it back a few of weeks ago...However, recently I've been using my V3 and so my K800i has just been sitting on my wardrobe...Soon the battery just died and I couldn't be bothered to charge it but today I wanted to use it

so I tried charging it but nothing happened and the red light kept flashing, so I thought it was dead again lol but after around one minute of constantly pressing the 'on' button, it switched on...The surprising thing is that I forgot to switch the charger on from the mains! So I dont even know where it got the power to on! Very weird...
