Hi, im from mexico, and i recently bought a k790, i tried to check if theres any update in SEUS and it does, but after that the camera doest work, sometimes shows like many black circles but doesnt show any image, and sometimes shows a white screen, i did a master reset and another f/w upgrade but nothing seems to work? What could i do? i dont wanna send my phone to repair, because here they take like 9 days to repair or change ur unit!!!

Drain the battery playing mp4s, then take it out and wait 2 min. put it back in and charge it up all the way. Then do a master reset, then charge it up again. Do the seus again and go for the "recovery option", pray.
