I have installed the software that came with the K800i and am desperately trying to transfer the pictures from phone to PC, as I don't have a memory card yet and have used all the memory up.

On installation (and repair) there is a problem with the following files:

They all come up as Error 1904 and HRESULT - 2147220473

As this is the only thing that appears to be out of the norm, I can only assume that the fact that a scan won't recognize my phone as being connected when it is and I've followed all the instructions to the letter.

Please help!
