> Few problems with P990

Hi everyone... I m having few problems with the P990... 2 weeks back I was unable to make backup of my phone but I soon found out that it was beacuse of few applications that the phone showed but were not installed... So I uninstalled them and was able to make a backup...
But thats not the problem now... Yesterday I tried to use the Radio on my P990 and I was surprised when it didn't worked... The application got hanged and I had to remove the headphones to make the phone work again... Any Idea whats the problem???
I have tried a master reset, then updated the firmware again but still no use... Now another problem has occured... I m unable to restore the backup I have created... The restore starts and the phone reboots and then nothing happens... The phone restarts normally and on my computer it stops detecting the phone... I have to restart my computer to make it recognise my phone again...
I m too confused guys plz help me...

One option is to get the handset replaced as it sounds faulty. Do you have warranty? and where was it purchased from?
