hi
i was a bit off topic in another thread so i decided to make a new topic.it's about prices. weird prices.
for an example, on orange.ro, k800 is 436$ and w810 is 450$(taxes included). you pay less and get a better camera, xenon flash, bigger and clearer screen.... i don't get it.
on vodafone.ro, an k800 is 419$ and with taxes included... 500$ !! and my m600 was 490$ from orange.
in conclusion, insead buying a w810, you better buy a k800 because is cheaper and smarter. but if you go to odafone and want to buy k800, you better buy an m600 since in cheaper and much smarter.
all prices are standard prices

ps:one more thing, at orange the m600 standard price is the SAME as on contract

no bobafett, they are all standard prices.
the only weird thing between standard and contract prices, is at orange,where those 2 prices are the same(at m600)!

as u can see on that site, the w810 is $275 & the w800 is $324.

www.orange.ro the prices of k800 and w810.i can assure you that k800 is cheaper. ill give you a link later because right now im busy.

Certain phones get more support from the SP's so therefore the more popular phones will be cheaper to hook a customer into their network, regardless of the handset cost prices.
Its just sales tactics.
