Before anyone asks, yes it's real, they're wearing traditional leather sandals, yes they're stupid, yes if they get caught they'll get into deep trouble (just as you would in any other country).

this was back in the early 80's when Riyadh was just taknig off after all the oil money was coming in
but anyway, thats just crazy, but it looks like fun!
