> Voxlib for Skype not working with ver 3.0

I've been using VoxLib for Skype. Basically you send an SMS and through your mobile phone via Skype you can make an VoIP call which is incoming thus free. (For those not familiar) I download version 3.0 up from 2.5.154 and it no longer works. What gives? Anyone with the same issues?
