Hi, i'm connected to the internet, my cellphone's off and i'm stuck with the update, its been downloading for 10 mins and its just 1% of the download.
Is it gonna take for ever? is it safe to retry?
Help please..

hey ahmer.
it happened to me once. But it was after 100%, and it stayed like that for like hours. What I did was to unplug the phone, and restart it. The phone was fine. But I did start the process all over again, to make sure. I am ll good.
But again, it was after 100% complete was reported on the screen.
