But on a w810? My Equalizer theme isn't a flash one, but the original theme it is...How can i view it in flash, too?

Actually you can use some kind of advanced themes. I mean, if you want to change the menu icons or layout, there is a way (for now only available for CID36 phones) to change the look of the menu, by changing the icons. Just look in the "Custom Menu Icons for K750/W800" thread on this forum:

In the reviews, on w810i, THE Equalizer theme, for example, is a flash theme and looks pretty different from the other. On MY w810i, the Equalizer theme is just like others, and it doesn't look like in the reviews.
Why and what can I do?

Probably your phone has branding firmware. That's why you don't have flash themes. The only way to have flash themes is to change the firmware version with one of the internet de-branting softwares like setool or davinci. Hope I helped a bit.
