Hi all, a couple of questions. firstly, a long time ago i converted a theme for someone from a K700 to another that i cant remember, how i extracted the image files from the .thm file i cant remember, think it was with winace. Secondly i've seen some themes created for newer phones in .dm format, what software is used to create these themes and how do you extract these images please?

I can answer for the first question but for the second I have no idea. A .thm file is a rar format actually, so you can open up the theme with any program that support rar files.

you can use SE's drm packager to make .dm - you can't extract the images
once it's protected (only the author will have the orginal .png's etc).
To extract from a .thm use tugzip - I thought themes were .TAR format ??

It's easy to extract graphics files from thm and dm. For thm files, just rename the extension to tar/rar/zip, and open it with your favorite compression apps. For .dm files, remove the MIME header using a hex editor, so that "Theme.xml" (without quotes) is at the beginning of the file. Then, save it as a new file with tar/rar/zip extension as above. If you rename the edited file to thm, you can open it with Themes Creator. Hope that helps.
