Well, seems that it is a profile for Java application in phone to connect to internet. I have weird experience with this. I can't get my wife Z610 to run Gmail. After talking to my telcos they ask me to make a new internet profile without proxy (the standard way by my telcos is using proxy) and assign it to this Java Internet setting and GMail run perfectly now.
