what are you using? Cable? Bluetooth? if you're using bluetooth, the adaptor should come with a CD which has the drivers. If using cable, no drivers are needed if using Windows XP SP2, in which a COM port is designed for the USB cable connection. After that you download a program such as MyPhoneExplorer, connect it imputing the aproppiate settings and off you go

is it a USB cable or serial cable ? I think with the USB cable the COM port is automaticaly chosen. Download MyPhoneExplorer , then on Options, choose Look up device.
