TIME magazine has picked "you" as their person of the year, with "you" being defined as the individual who puts up content on the web and all the users who share it.

TIME picks the Individual --- the new technologists of the Net --- as Person of the year.

This response was the living example of the idea of our 2006 Person of the Year: that individuals are changing the nature of the information age, that the creators and consumers of user-generated content are transforming art and politics and commerce, that they are the engaged citizens of a digital democracy.....congrats! - TIME

Yes, we are the Persons/People of the Year of 2006

We aren't merely the 'engaged' but CONCERNED citizens of the world who research and post relevant information online and sometimes contadict all those media barons who dominate the mainstream media.

We are about a billion strong....we represent 1/6th. of the world's population.

We possess 2.5 billion mobile phones! In Brazil we only have 100,000,000 but this total is growing rapidly.

Esato com is our tribune, we post and up-date important "IT" reports.
