As per title I dropped my K800i (from about 2 foot) and now I can only hear people when the loudspeaker is on, they can hear me fine but not the other way round .... I bought the phone on Ebay brand new sim free and SE have told me they will not fix it as I dont have the receipt
Any ideas what I can do??? I'm pretty gutted as the phone is only 3 months old!!
