Here is the first Pocket PC Phone with 4 Megapixel Camera in the world. The Voxtel W740 today has been officially launched for sale in Russia.
Voxtel W740 is a pretty standard tri-band GSM Pocket PC phone with 64 MB RAM, 128 MB Flash, 200 MHz processor TI OMAP, miniSD expansion, 2.8 inch QVGA screen and bluetooth 1.2. What distinguishes this new device from the run of the mill device is the 4 Megapixel CCD camera with autofocus which adorns its back.

The picture looks a bit odd:
The pocket pc and windows mobile text is in the wrong font and the parts seem a bit out of place.
