Found this app on the internet to create playlists on a Walkman Player (W800)

You can create playlists from the songs on your SD card and then copy the playlist to the phone using FAR Manager

Simple!

I've been using this a very a long time now

Its more easier to create in this than in the phone.

If you have the playlist patch installed ; it makes it much easier to get the playlists on the phone.
