Hi! Since there's no audio enhancer for non-smartphones, I looked for an alternative and found the following:
Using DFX audio enhancer for Winamp we can save the enhancement in the file and transfer it to the phone. There is a huge quality difference between a normal file and an enhanced. I hope some of you would find it useful. I personally love it. So here's how:
1. Download and install Winamp (Full) -

2. Download and install DFX for Winamp -

(This isn't a full version and you can't use the full functionality of the program, but it's still worth it. You can also purchase the full one.)
3. Launch Winamp and prepare a playlist. Set DFX to the desired enhancement levels. (I personally use 4-2-3-5-3 music type 1, for the non-full version I recommend 5-5-0-5-5, but it's up to your personal taste.)
4. Select options>preferences, then Plug-ins>Output, select "Nullsoft Disk Writer plug-in" and click configure. Set the output directory you wish and the output file type "force WAV file". Click OK, then Close.
5. Now click the play button. Instead of playing Winamp will start converting. When it's finished, close Winamp.
The output files are very large (30MB+), so make sure you have enough space on your hard disk.
6. Convert the WAV files to the desired format. I use Easy CD-DA Extractor to convert them. My settings are: ".m4a (aacPlus) 28 kbit/s 44100 Hz Stereo". The output file size is less than 1MB and the quality is amazing.

but you can also use any other conversion sowtware and output settings for converting the WAVs.
