Is there any software out there that can put the cover of the album you`re playing on the w850i?

yes,

there are a few threads. Do a search for album art.

Windows Media Player does it for me...

If you use iTunes (http://www.iTunes.com) to organize the music on your PC, then SyncMyPortable (http://www.SyncMyPortable.com) will work great for you. It is setup to handle the album artwork in iTunes and copy it over to your mobile device.

There's even a new version available that works with the new downloadable album artwork feature in iTunes v7. See the following topic for more info:

Sorry, but I'm afraid that I just don't do Mac. Never have and never will.

The SyncMyPortable program actually used to be named "iTunesMyPortable" until the big hand of apple came done on me with a law suite. We managed to resolve our differences, but the name of the program was changed at their request. Anyway... You can see why I'm not too fond of Apple (although I really like iTunes for the PC).

If you do a search on the Internet, there are indeed similar programs out there that will work with a Mac. Macs have a "script-kiddy" interface built into them that allows folks to easily hook into iTunes (unlike on a PC where you have to write an actual program to do the dirty work). Thus, folks have taken advantage of this and come up with lots of iTunes sync programs for the Mac.
