> k800i "brown"

A few months ago T-Mobile UK introduced the K800i in brown. Have been playing with one in the winter light here in Germany and it's sort of a grey-bronze colour really, with the exception of the keys which are a flat brown, and not so well-matched with the rest of the case. The back is slightly plummy (there's a "plum" N73 around which isn't that different.) Its looks are obviously light-dependent, particularly for those who always associate the colour brown with "turd"
Having mentioned all these provisos, it didn't make me pass out with boredom like the black version, and looks a little classier than the silver version, which appeared cheap. How it will look after a year's use is anyone's guess - think will all look pretty ropey by then (but then these are phones, not wristwatches, and these days are designed to be thrown away).
